P.M.S. Survival Kit


To temporarily calm your craving for chocolate, eat the BROWN. At the first sign of hot flashes, eat the RED one. Eating the ORANGE one minimizes depression. The GREEN one calms you down when you wish to be alone. If you feel a headache coming on, eat the YELLOW one. The BLUE one reduces that bloated feeling. Directions: Take as needed. If all symptoms occur at the Same time, eat the whole bag.
